What do I need to upload to run a scan?

One export with three things per row: a case (the thing moving through  an order, invoice or ticket), an activity (the step that happened), and a timestamp (when). Any CSV from SAP, Tally, Oracle, Salesforce or even Excel works. No special format, no data cleaning, no integration project.

Does my file get uploaded anywhere?

How is this different from a dashboard or a report?

A dashboard shows you numbers you already track. Process intelligence shows you the number nobody is tracking  where work quietly stalls, gets redone, or skips a step  and prices each one in rupees. How does it find where money and time leak?

The leak itself is time, and rupees are just how it's priced. Every step gets a real waiting time and a volume. Multiply the delay by what it costs  idle cash, missed early-payment discounts, SLA penalties, rework hours  and each slow or broken step earns a rupee figure. The worst leaks rank themselves to the top, named and owned, so you know exactly what to fix first.
