Does my file get uploaded anywhere?

No. The free Leak Finder mines your file entirely in your browser  it never leaves your device. We only store your email if you ask for the report. The connected, monitored version processes data under DPDP-compliant controls with per-tenant encryption and Indian data residency.

How is this different from a dashboard or a report?

A dashboard shows you numbers you already track. Process intelligence shows you the number nobody is tracking  where work quietly stalls, gets redone, or skips a step  and prices each one in rupees. It's the difference between “sales were down 4%” and “deals wait 5 days between Quote and Negotiation, and that's ₹8.2L a month.”

How does it find where money and time leak?

The leak itself is time, and rupees are just how it's priced. Every step gets a real waiting time and a volume. Multiply the delay by what it costs  idle cash, missed early-payment discounts, SLA penalties, rework hours  and each slow or broken step earns a rupee figure. The worst leaks rank themselves to the top, named and owned, so you know exactly what to fix first.
