1. Use of Services

You agree to use Crestline’s Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not misuse, modify, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, infrastructure, or data. Crestline reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion if such use is deemed harmful, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account, provide accurate and complete information, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security concerns related to your use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, algorithms, models, workflows, product names, and visual interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Crestline or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any part of the Services without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscription, Payments, and Credits

Our Services may operate on a prepaid, subscription-based, or credit-based billing model. AutoPay functions only on a prepaid basis. Pricing and access depend on your chosen plan and the number of use cases. All payments are governed by our official Refund & Payment Policy. Billing-related queries can be addressed via billings@crestlineintelligence.com, accounts@crestlineintelligence.com, and credit summaries are provided via credits@crestlineintelligence.com.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, DPDP, CCPA). Users retain ownership of their data, but Crestline may utilize de-identified, aggregate-level usage insights to improve service performance and functionality. Data is securely stored, encrypted, and never sold.

6. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, misuse, non-payment, or legal obligations. Upon termination, your access rights cease, but certain obligations (such as indemnity, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions) will continue to apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crestline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 3-month period.

8. Modifications

Crestline reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through official communication channels or posted updates on our platform. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
