Why does Crestline exist?
Profitable projects run out of cash. Not because anyone is careless, but because the money is sitting in places nobody is looking: work done and not yet certified, bills certified and not yet paid, retention held from a project that finished two years ago, a vendor paid three weeks before terms required it.
None of that shows up in a monthly report, because each individual case looks normal. It only shows up when you follow every case through the process and measure how long it actually waited, and that is a measurement nobody was making, because the data to make it was sitting unread in the ERP.
So Crestline reads it. The map is rebuilt from your own events, each delay gets a rupee figure and an owner, and the list is ranked by what it is costing. That is the whole product.
Four things we hold to.
They are constraints, not values. Each one costs us something.
- A figure nobody computed is a figure nobody prints
- Every number on a screen names its source and its basis. Where a figure cannot be computed, Crestline shows NA rather than zero. Zero is a claim, and it would be a lie.
- A verdict needs a comparison
- GOOD, WATCH and BAD are never opinions. Each is a measured value against a stated benchmark, and the benchmark is shown next to the verdict so it can be argued with.
- Read-only, always
- Crestline never writes to your systems. It raises the finding and tracks the ticket; the change is made by your team, in your ERP. This is slower for us and correct for you.
- We say who we are not for
- Crestline is built for EPC and construction finance. For a manufacturing shop floor or a global multi-process rollout, we will tell you on the call that a general platform fits better.
